EPL : Ndidi on target in Leicester City defeats

It was a mixed feelings for Nigeria's Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi on Saturday in the English as his goal count for nothing in Leicester City 1-2 lost at home to Southampton.

The Foxes hosted Southampton at the KC stadium but it was the Saints that opened the scoring in the 11th minutes from Ward-prose before Shane Long added the second goal in the first half added time.

The home team returned a better side as they pull one back through Ndidi with an assist from Pereira.

The defeat dropped Leicester to 8th position following a victory recorded by Watford over Crystal Palace.

Ndidi has played in all Foxes league games this season.
