EPL: Iheanacho Battle Vardy, Two Others For Goal Of The Month Award

Nigeria's Super Eagles and Leicester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho is line for the club goal of the month award, BSNsports.com.ng can report.

Since the start of the 2021/2022 season of the Enhlish premier league the Nigeria international has been outstanding for the Foxes despite starting most games from the bench.

His Carabao Cup goal against Millwall have nominated for the seotember goal of the award.

His goal was nominated alongside two goals scored by duo of Ayoze Perez and Harvey Barnes in the Uefa Europa League against Napoli, and also Jamie Vardy's goal against Burnley at Turf More.

Fans of the club have until 11:59pm on Sunday 17 October to register their vote.

Iheanacho and his teammates will be back in action this weekend for the premier league game against Manchester United.
