By Sampson Adedeji
Awards and encomium continued to rain on Nigeria's Super Eagles striker, Kelechi Iheanacho, as he clinched another award again, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The former Manchester City forward has been making headlines for the right reasons in the past weeks with his amazing performance for the Foxes both in the league and Cup game.
The Nigeria international who was voted premier league player of the month for March has also won Leicester City goal of the month.
His half volley strike against Burnley off an assist from his compatriot, Wilfred Ndidi was adjudged to have been the best goal in March.
His strike beat off competition from Ayoze Perez, Youri Tielemans, U23 star Kasey McAteer and Leicester City Women's stars Shannon O'Brien, Esmee De Graaf and Sam Tierney to clinch the prize.
Iheanacho is expected to continue his rich veins of form when Leicester City face West Ham United on Saturday as the battle of top 4 continue in the premier league.
