Kompany's Thunderbolt Takes City Closer to Title

Manchester City overcame a resilient Leicester team at the Etihad to put themselves in pole position for the EPL title. After a goalless first half, a cracker of a goal from captain Vincent Kompany gave the defending champions a lead to hang on to and break the tension. They will now have to match Liverpool's result on the final day when they take on relegated Brighton away from home to lift the trophy.
Leicester meanwhile, missed out on a chance to play in Europe next season, losing 7th spot to Wolverhampton.
