EPL: Ndidi happy to be back

Injured Nigeria's Super Eagles and Leicester city midfielder Wilfred Ndidi on Wednesday night returned to action against West Ham United at King Power stadium

The energetic midfield power house has been out of action few weeks ago due to injury he sustained during training and has to underwent minor surgery, BSN Reports.

He made his return in Foxes 4-1 thrashing of the Hammers and was impressive in the game.

Ndidi replaced injured Nampalys Mendy in the 34th minute of the game and was also booked in the 50th minute after he brought down Mark Noble in penalty box and West Ham was awarded a spot kick.

However, Ndidi was excited on his return and praised the team efforts.

"Feels good to be back, slowly and steady we keep moving back to our leicester ways … love it foxes" he wrote.

Ndidi has made 21 league appearances for Leicester and netting twice.
