Eredivisie: Maduka Okoye Eye Top Half, Speaks On His Clean Sheet

Super Eagles and Sparta Rotterdam goalkeeper Maduka Okoye is eyeing the top half of the Dutch Eredivisie as the league is gradually winding down, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The Nigeria international via club media commended his team's performance and hope they can actually finish in top half of the table.
He further said that keeping clean sheet is a collective team efforts and is always after 3 points but also think about clean sheet when he gets home.
"Keeping clean sheet is like scoring goals, for striker is to score goals, for me is to keep a clean sheet.
"The most important thing is 3 points but when I get home I think about the clean sheet. To Keep a clean sheet is a team performance."
"When we have a good flow of result during Christmas, I started to look and I think we can achieve it.
"My eyes is on the prize and I believed we can achieve the top half."
"There are ups and downs in football but I know we are strong enough with a strong coaching team, I'm confident we can be in the top half of the table," he said.
Okoye has so far kept 9 clean sheet which represent 28% this season and they are placed in 8th position on the table with 43 points in 32 matches.
