Esperance Terminate Lokosa's Contract

By Sampson Adedeji

The sojourn of former Kano Pillars striker Junior Lokosa to Tunisia has come to an abrupt end after Espearance decided to terminate his contract, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

After emerging the Nigeria Professional Football League top scorer with Kano Pillars, Lokosa moved to Espearance with the aim of securing a regular football action with the club.

He succeeded in playing few games with the club before injury scuttled his progress with the club.

The current Africa champion announced on Wednesday that they have parted ways with the Nigerian on a mutual consent.

Lokosa made his debut for Nigeria's Super Eagles in an international friendly against DR Congo before Russia 2018 World Cup.
