Etebo, Kalu May Be Heading To Turkey

The reports coming from Turkey showed that the duo of Nigeria's Super Eagles players, midfielder Etebo Oghenekaro and winger Samuel Kalu might be on their way to Turkey, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The report has it that the former Warri Wolves midfielder, Etebo Oghenekaro, is on the verge of joining former Turkish Super Lig champion Galatasaray.

Etebo spent last season on loan at the Spanish La Liga club Getafe from English championship side Stoke city.

The signing of former Nigeria's Super Eagles skipper John Mikel Obi by the Potters further dropped Etebo down the pecking order in the club.

Meanwhile, present champion of the Super Lig Istanbul Baseksehir have also indicated interest in the signing of Girondin Bordeaux winger Samuel Kalu.

Kalu has a season to forget last season due to injury that hampered his season.

It's left to be seen if Bordeaux will allow Kalu to switch to Turkey.
