Europa League: Balogun One Booking Away From Suspension By Sampson Adedeji Ahead of the knockout round 16 of the UEFA Europa League, Nigeria's Super Eagles and Rangers of Scotland defender Leon Balogun is one booking away from suspension, BSNSports.com.ng reports. Europa League suspensions are incurred by any player who collects three bookings in the tournament. Nigerian international defender Balogun was booked twice in the group stage, both in Rangers’ games against Lech Poznan. If he's cautioned in the first leg of the last 32 tie against Royal Antwerp in Belgium on Thursday night, he would automatically be ruled out of the return fixture at Ibrox on February 25.
