Europa League: Iwobi shines in Arsenal win

English Premier League side, Arsenal bounced back in Uefa Europa League second leg tie against BATE Borisov on Thursday night.

Gunners who lost the first leg 1-0 last week has to rely on Nigeria's Super Eagles midfielder Alex Iwobi outstanding performance to beat Belarus side.

Arsenal laid siege in the half of the visitors, mounting pressure on BATE Borisov which led to Zahkar Volkov scoring own goal in the 4th minutes of the game before defender Skodran Mustafi doubled the lead in the 39th minutes.

Greeks defender Sokratis Papastapothoulos made it 3-0 in the 69th minutes and ensured passage into the last 16, 3-1 on aggregate.

The Nigeria midfielder secured top rating in the match despites Mezut Ozil returns to the line up.
