Former Manchester City midfielder Chidiebere Nwakali made his Polish I Liga debut as Raków Częstochowa were held to a goalless draw by Podbeskidzie in a game week 13 fixture on Saturday, October 6.
The former Golden Eaglets and Flying Eagles star came off the bench in the 84th minute as replacement for Szczepański.
Chidiebere's maiden appearance in Raków Częstochowa's colours came against Victoria Sulejówek in the first round of the Polish Cup on October 3, a game in which he entered into the fray in the 61st minute.
He made an under the radar transfer to Raków Częstochowa on August 31 but had to wait for 33 days before playing his first game for his new employers due to work permit issues.
The 21-year-old could be playing in the Polish topflight next season if Raków Częstochowa maintain their high standards as they currently top the table with 28 points from 13 games.
He was loaned out to Malaga, Girona, IK Start, Sogndal and Aberdeen while on the books of Manchester City.
