Ex Super Eagles, 3SC defender, Ajibade Babalade is dead

Former Super Eagles and Shooting Stars Football Club defender, Ajibade Babalade is dead.
According to information, the former Stationery Stores of Lagos defender, died of cardiac arrest on Friday.
It was gathered that the former Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan player and later Team Manager, died when he was being rushed to the University College Hospital (UCH).
The 42 year old defender, fondly called Kunde, was a member of the Bronze winning Super Eagles squad to the 1992 African Cup of Nations in Senegal.
He was part of the Shooting Stars team which lost in the final of the then African Champions Cup to Zamalek of Egypt in 1996.
He featured for Ivorien club, Africa Sports, Anyang LG Cheetahs of Korea, SK Sturm Graz in Austria and Mohun Bagan AC of India.
He was named the Team Manager of 3SC in 2008, a position he held till 2014.
