Attah donates trophies for Alaba FCT Coaches Football championship

Former Super Eagles Coordinator, Emmanuel Attah has donated two trophies and a cash gift for the maiden edition if late Alaba Ayaya FCT Coaches Association football championship.
The donation, according to the Coach Usman Ilerika who spoke to BSNsports.com.ng after the opening matches yesterday, said that Mr Attah's gesture demonstrates his unwavering support for the association and its activities.
Coach Ilerika said that 5 teams of the association cut across the area councils of the FCT including the State Chapter are participating in the tournament.
"FCT Coaches Association deemed it fit to immortalise late Alaba by naming the competition after him.
"The coaches will play against their chapters based on their area councils.
'It is the inaugural edition and the five area councils chapters of the association are participating including the state chapter.
There are two groups, A and B with the best two from each group reaching the semi finals.
'Emmanuel Attah, former Super Eagles Coordinator, donated two trophies for the winner and first runner up and a cash gift.
"Attah is a member of the association and good supporter of the tournament. He has been supportive. He is the current NYSC State Director in Osun State.
"The FCT FA will come up with their own support for the tournament within a short time. The coaches association and the FCT FA have a symbayotic relationship and it is natural for the FA to come in and support them. In two days time, the will hear from us," he said.
