Nigeria’s representative, Enugu Rangers fly out Monday morning for Tunis, Tunisia, where they are scheduled to confront CS Sfaxien in the second match of their group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup, BSNSports reports.
The contingent, which is comprised of 18 players and some officials of the Enugu club depart from the Muritala International Airport, Lagos.
“We are well prepared for the game, knowing that it will tough out there, but we hope to get a decent result and maintain our first position in the group stage,” Coach Ogunbote Gbenga disclosed to BSNSports.com.ng.
The game is scheduled on Wednesday at the Stade Taïeb Mhiri by 8.00pm Nigerian time.
