  FCT FA Boss, Mouktar Commends FG Over Renovation of Bwari Township Stadium By Niyi Busari The chairman of the FCT Football Association, Adam Mouktar Mohammed, has commended the Federal Government for the renovation of Bwari Township Stadium in the nation's capital. Mouktar, on Friday, inspected the progress of the rebuilding of the stadium in company of the Chairman Bwari Area Council, John Gabaya who doubles as the vice chairman of FCT FA. “We hope for more of such projects as they can only assist in the development of sports at grassroots level.” The provision of sporting infrastructure is one of the pillars of the administration of the FCT FA chairman. The rebuilding of the stadium is being undertaken by the Federal Government and it includes the installation of a standard artificial pitch, athletes’ hostel and covered stands. “We thank the Federal Government for upgrading this facility. This can only be to the benefit of the youths and the entire community,” Mouktar Mohammed said.
