FCT FA Commiserates With NFF Over Staff's Death

The nation's capital football governing body, FCT FA has commiserated Nigeria Football Federation over the death of their staff, Tolu Abe.

The former NFF staff died on Saturday at the National Hospital, Abuja.

In a statement issued by the Association on Sunday, the Chairman, Mouktar Mohammed who received with rude shock the news Tolu's death condoled with Nigeria Football Federation.

“It was with profound shock and sadness that I learnt of the tragic passing of Tolu Abe. May his gentle soul rest in eternal peace. Mouktar said.

“His death means that the federation has lost an outstanding, dedicated and hard working staff and all football family will feel his loss.

“On behalf of the Board of the FCT FA, I would like to offer our sincere condolences to the NFF and his family and the entire people of our great country, Nigeria,’’ he concluded.

Until his death, Tolu Abe who died after a brief illness was the Head of IT Unit of the NFF.
