FCT FA Felicitates With NFF Secretary General, Dr Sanusi Over Chieftaincy Title

Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Football Association has congratulated the Secretary General of Nigeria Football Federation, Dr. Mohammed Sanusi on his tubarning as Danmasani of Wajeke, Wammako, Sokoto state.

Dr. Sanusi was turbaned on the day of Eid il Kabir in Sokoto for his contributions to grassroots football development in Kebbi state.

Speaking on Monday on behalf of the Association, the secretary general of the FCT FA, Haruna Usman Ilerika congratulated NFF Secretary General, Dr. Sanusi Mohammed on his chieftaincy title as the Danamasani of Wajeke, Wammako, Sokoto state.

On his part, FCT FA Chairman, Muhammed Mouktar who is in Mecca for completion of the annual pilgrimage, Haj, commemorate with the NFF Secretary General on his turbanning and attainment of his chieftaincy title in Sokoto state. He prayed for peace, and unity in the state and Nigeria during his reign as Danasanmani of Wajeke.

The Federation Secretary, Sanusi, is the sole sponsor of the annual Dr. Sanusi Muhammed Charity Cup in Kebbi state, he was also recognized by the Wammako community for illustrious service to sports and education.

This and other good gesture he extended towards the people of Kebbi was recognized by Wajeke, Wamako clan in Sokoto who in turn appreciated Dr. Sanusi's gigantic philanthropic gesture to the community.
