FCT FA League: Secret Behind Abees Academy Excellent Performance Unveiled

Abees Football Academy are one of the 32 teams that registered for the 2019/20 FCT FA League. Agrees are also one of the top four teams that qualified for the Super 4 which kicks off next Monday.

The Abuja based team has recorded excellent performances in this year's league and stand a chance like other three teams to emerge as the eventual winner.

However, many football fans in Abuja who have watched and become die-hard fans of the team do not know the philanthropist behind the success of the team that become the toast of the town.

Mrs. Usman Adedoyin Shakirat, the proprietress of Abees Academy has supported the team with all they wanted. According to her, one of the major reason behind her passion for owning a team is to create a platform where young budding players can showcase their talent and use that to achieve their potential.

Abees Academy have played 8 matches in the ongoing FCT FA League, won 7, lost one. The players are one of the youngest in the while the striker, Ejike Philip is one of the highest goal scorer in the league with 15 goals.

Due to their outstanding performance, many scouts are running after some of the players to be their representative and get them a professional club.
