FCT League: Henry Ogwu Bags Hat trick In Winco FC Win As Tikitaka Defeat State House

Winco Foam FC winger, Henry Ogwu scored a first half hat trick to get his team the much needed win in their group C first match 3-2 defeat to Sun FC at the Area 3 Sports Complex.

The smart, fast winger opened his goal account in the 7th minute and scored the second in the 25th minute.

Meanwhile, before Henry's second goal, Saleh Abdullahi had put his team, Sun FC on level term in the 21st minute before Henry added his third goal in the 45th minute.

Kingsley Okpabi's 74th minute strike came too late to rescue coach Uche-led team from the 2-3 defeat.

In the second match, Tikitaka defeated State House FC 2-1 to place second behind Winco Foam FC.

Kelechi Stephen's 5th minute opener was the highlight of the first half as the second produced two goals, one each for both teams.

Godwin Ika pulled one back to bring State House into the game but Daniel Possible restored possibility of his team progressing to next round when he scored the winning goal in the 76th minute.
