CAFCC: Fearless Rangers coach Ogunbote reveals clear CAF objective

Enugu Rangers International coach Gbenga Ogunbote has made it known that he is set to lead the Flying Antelopes to the finals of CAF Confederation Cup, BSNSports reports.

Standing in the way of Rangers’ quest to make the last eight of the CAF CC are Tunisia giants duo CS Sfaxien & Etoile de Sahel, as well as Burkina Faso’s Salitas.

“The truth of the matter is that I’ve always set a target for myself. I’ve played on the continent before and my worst result has been the semi-final both in the CAF
Champions League and Confederation Cup.

To progress to the quarters after six games, Ogunbote’s men need to finish as one of Group B’s two top teams.

“I have set that standard and if I want to see myself to have done anything worthwhile on the continent, I must not fall below the standard. This time I will like to get to the finals and for the league, I’ve always love to finish in a very appreciable position,” he concluded.
