After suffering a defeat to Egypt in the first match of the FIBA U16, Nigeria's Junior Tiger bounced back to victory on Sunday night, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

The Nigeria youngsters took on host Cape Verde in a keenly contested encounter and came out unscathed.

The Nigeria team recorded an emphatic 64-39 win over Cape Verde who shows a lots of promises in their display.

For the second consecutive game Reuben Chinyelu made his second double double with 20 points and 21 rebounds.
