FIBA U16: Junior Tiger thrash Tunisia, qualify for Semifinal

Nigeria's Junior Tiger continued its impressive run in the FIBA U16 competition presently going on in Cape Verde as they picked up a Semifinal ticket in an emphatic fashion.

www.bsnsports.com.ng report that the Nigeria youngsters who finished second behind Egypt at the group stage defeated Tunisia with the gap of 50 points, ( 86-36).

Junior Tiger proved their mettle right from the onset by leading every quarter until the last quarter.

The victory ensured they will face the winner between host Cape Verde and Mali.

The team has lost to only Egypt so far in the Competition.
