FIBA World Cup: D'Tigers final list out on August 27th

The coach of the D'Tigers Alex Nwora has confirmed that the team final list for the oncoming FIBA World Cup will be released on 27th of August after the invitational tournament in China, BSN Sports understands.

The team is currently in China taking part in the Peak invitational tournament with 15 players presently in camp.

Before moving to China, the team camped in Lagos for close to two weeks after returning from US camp where they spent almost a month and played four warm up matches.

The final list will be revealed few days before Nigeria will face Russia in the opening group match of the World cup.

D'Tigers is grouped alongside Russia, South Korea and Argentina.
