FIBA World Cup: Eric emerges Man of the match

After putting up a superlative performance for Nigeria's D'Tigers in the last group match against Korea, Micheal Eric has been adjudged TCL Corporation Man of the Match.

BSN reports, D'Tigers thrashed Korea 108-66 and Eric put up amazing display coming from the substitute bench.

The announcement of his man of the match award came on Wednesday evening at the end of every matches planned for the day.

He scored 19 unassailable points with 9 rebounds and ensured Nigeria hope of playing at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic games is still alive.

Meanwhile, the team moved to Guangzhou where they will play their classifications matches against Cote d'Ivoire and China.
