FIBA WWC: Otis Hughley Plots USA Fall By Admin D’Tigress Head Coach Hughley Otis Jr. has urged his players to hold their nerves and keep the focus ahead of Friday’s quarter-final game against defending champions, Team USA. The USA are the most successful team in the FIBA Women’s World Cup, with 9 wins in the 17 editions and Otis expects that D’Tigress will make a statement. Otis also noted that his team had caught the attention of the World and knows opponents will have concerns and won’t write them off. In a chat with Brila FM, Otis praised the commitment of his players in the win against Greece in the quarter-final qualification game. Nigeria defeated the Europeans 57-56 in a nerve jangling encounter at the Palacio Municipal de Deportes, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
