By Admin Former FIFA president, Sepp Blatter, has said that Nigeria will be ‘trouble makers’ at the 2018 World Cup in Russia. Blatter, who left FIFA under controversial circumstances, took to his verified Twitter account, to list out the teams he considers as favourites to win the tournament. The Swiss picked Brazil, France, Germany and Spain (in alphabetical order) as his favourites, because of their attacking style. Blatter however labelled Nigeria and Uruguay as “trouble makers”. “8 days before WC-Kick-off. My Top 4: Brazil, France, Germany, Spain (in alphabetical order). I believe in attacking football. Troublemakers: Nigeria, Uruguay. #Fifa #World Cup #Russia #Fifa World Ranking #CBF #DFB #FFF #RFEF” he wrote. The tournament kicks off June 14th while Nigeria play her first match against Croatia on June 16th, slug it out with Iceland on the 22nd and lock horns with Argentina in the Group D last game on the 26th June 2018.
