  Nigeria forward Junior Ajayi put up a fine performance as Al Ahly claimed third position in the FIFA Club World Cup following a 3-2 penalty shootout win against Palmeiras in the third-place match on Thursday, BSNSports.com.ng reports Ajayi, who was making his first appearance in the competition for the African champions took the place of Congo Democratic Republic striker Walter Bwalya in the 58th minute. The 25-year-old had a chalked off for offside in the 67th minute.
