FIFA Ranking: Nigeria Maintain Its Spot

Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus for the second consecutive month, the monthly ranking of nations by world soccer governing body (FIFA) remained unchanged.
The pandemic has halted football at both club side and international level since mid March when football was suspended.
FIFA on Thursday released the latest ranking for June and Nigeria's Super Eagles remained 31st in the world and 3rd in Africa with 1493 points.
Teranga Lion of Senegal remained number one in Africa and 20th in the world followed by Carthage Eagles of Tunisia ranked 27th in the World.
Belgium maintained top spot with France and Brazil in that order.
The next ranking is slated for 16th of July, 2020.
