FIFA U17: Golden Eaglets to depart for Brazil next Tuesday

In readiness for the 2019 FIFA U17 World Cup, Nigeria's Golden Eaglets will move to Sao Paulo, Brazil to continue its preparations for the biennial tournament, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

BSN reports that the team returned to the country last week from the Uefa/CAF invitational tournament in Turkey, where they recorded 2 victories in 3 matches.

And according to the reports coming from the five-time world champions in Abuja, 30 players will make the squad to Brazil and 21 of them will make the final lists for the competition.

Nigeria will open its campaign in the competition on October 26th against Hungary before facing Ecuador and Australia later.

Golden Eaglets missed the last edition of the competition after emerging champions in 2013 and 2015.
