FIFA U20: Nigeria draw USA, two others Flying Eagles have been drawn in Group D alongside USA, Ukraine and Qatar in the FIFA U20 World Cup in Poland, BSNSports.com.ng can report. The Nigeria U20 team finished fourth at the just concluded U20 African Cup of Nations in Niger to secure one of the four available tickets allocated to Africa. Flying Eagles of Nigeria is alien to Ukraine U20 at the FIFA U20 team World Cup as they defeated Eastern European nation in Holland 2005 with left back Taiye Taiwo scoring the winning goal. Apart from Nigeria, other African representatives were also grouped against their opponents with South Africa looking to be in the most difficult group. The Amajita were placed in group F alongside two former champions Portugal and Argentina with Korea Republic completing the group. African champions Mali is in group E alongside Panama, France and Saudi Arabia. Runners up Senegal were placed in group E with host Poland, Colombia and Tahiti. The competition is slated to kick off on May 23rd. Nigeria had been in the final two times but unfortunately lost in the two finals.
