FIFA World Club Cup: Ighalo On Target As Al Hilal Spank Al Jazira

Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Odion Ighalo was posted  has man of the match  based on his performance. Diaby open scoring for Al Jazira ahead in the 14th minute, before Ighalo restored parity in the 36th minute of the game. Parreira doubled the advantage for Al Hilal in the 40th minute, showing difference in the first half. Kanno netted the third goal for Al Hilal 57th minute before Salem added the 4th goal 20 minutes later. Marega scored the 5th goal in the 88th minute while Carrillo completed the rout in the 92nd minute and set up a semi-final clash against European champions Chelsea. Ighalo now have the record as the first Nigeria player to score in the FIFA Club World Cup.
