Finidi George Listed Among XI African Best Players In La Liga

Former Super Eagles player Finidi George has been listed among the African best eleven footballers who have made their names in the Spanish La Liga.

The Spanish La Liga is one of the best Leagues in the world in which African players like to go and exhibit their talents.

However, the list of the best African eleven to have played or playing in the Spanish La Liga was compiled by SuperSport and posted in a five minutes video on their social media account.

Finidi George joined Spanish side Real Betis in 1996 from Dutch club Ajax and was amazing in his first season helping the side to finish among the top four on the final standings.

Also in Finidi George's first term with Real Betis, they also reached the final of the Copa del Rey before losing against Barcelona 3-2 after extra time in which the Nigerian netted once.

Samuel Eto'o and Yaya Toure are also among the selected African bests in the Spanish La Liga considering their perfect games for Barcelona.
