Finidi Satisfied With Enyimba Performance In CAF Confederation Cup Game

Head Coach of Enyimba International, Finidi Georgez has heaped praises on his players for their performance against Libya side, Al Ittihad FC, BSNsports.com.ng can report.
The People's Elephant on Sunday in Aba defeated visiting Al Ittihad 2-0 in the second leg of the CAF Inter-club competition.
Goals from Sadeeq Yusuf and Victor Mbaoma was enough to hand the Nigeria side victory in the encounter.
While reacting to the outcome of the game, the former Nigeria international rued missed chances but heaped praises on the players.
“I’m quite happy. It is a game that in the first ten minutes we were a little bit nervous. After that, we dominated the game throughout ninety minutes.”
“We kept possession, we had lots of chances in the first half and the second half. We were a little bit unlucky to not have scored. I’m quite happy with the boys .” he said.
Despite winning the second leg, Enyimba still awaits the final decision of CAF to know maybe they've qualified for the group stage or still play the first leg.
