Flying Eagles to know world cup foes on Friday

Nigeria's Flying Eagles will know their world cup group opponents for the upcoming FIFA World Cup in Poland on Friday, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

FIFA will conduct the draws for all the 24 qualified countries at the U20 World Cup on Friday.

Despite winning the first game against Burundi in the competition, Nigeria failed to win any medal in the tournament.

Apart from Nigeria, Africa will be represented by Senegal, Mali and South Africa.

The cities that will host the competition in Poland includes, Lodz, Bielsko-Biala, Bydgoszcz, Gdynia, Lublin, and Tychy.

The tournament is scheduled for May 23rd to June 15th, 2019.

Nigeria has played in the final twice in 1989 and 2015 but failed to win any of it.
