Football Intermediaries laud Buhari over NFF crisis Akeem Busari Members of the Football Intermediaries Association of Nigeria has commended President Muhammadu Buhari for intervening in the lingering NFF crisis and the reinstatement to office of Amaju Pinnick as president of NFF. In a communiqué signed and released by its acting national coordinator, Michael Sodeke, the body stated that the presidential intervention came at the right time as the crisis was about caused anarchy, as well as affect the fortunes of stakeholders in the Nigerian football community. In the communique, FIAN further adviced that concerned Nigerians should rally in support of Pinnick who is recognised by FIFA. Adding that the fortunes of Nigerian football needed to be protected at all times. The body went on to state that its mission is to protect the interests of players and clubsides for the betterment of the game in the country.
