Former Nasarawa United, Jigawa Golden Stars, FC Abuja Coach Dies

Former coach of Nasarawa United FC, Jigawa Golden Stars FC and EFCC FC(formerly FC of Abuja) of Abuja, El-Yunus Shammah, is dead after a brief illness, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

He passed away on Thursday evening around 10:35 pm at the Jos Teaching hospital in Jos, Plateau State, following a protracted illness, according to a family source.

Yunus Shammah who resigned as the head coach of EFCC FC of Abuja in October 2018 after two seasons at the club fell sick shortly after his resignation and has been admitted into the hospital since November.
