Former Sports Minister Honoured With Excellence Award By Our Reporter The immediate past sports minister of Nigeria, Comrade Solomon Dalung has been invited as a special guest to the 70th anniversary of Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre (CLTC) and will be honoured with award of excellence. The CLTC was established in 1951 as as Man O’ War Training Centre in what was then known as Southern Cameroon which used to be part of Nigeria but now constitute what is now the English speaking area of Cameroon. In a letter dated 10 May 2021, Dalung is invited to the Platinum jubilee celebration which has the theme “Optimizing the Unique Values of Citizenship and Leadership Training for a Better Nigeria “ At the occasion slated for NAF Conference Centre in Abuja on Thursday 20 May, Dalung will be honoured with an award of excellence for his contribution to the progress and development of the Nigerian youth.
