French Clubs Eye Stephen Odey

Ahead of the new league season, Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Stephen Odey is set to switch to France after club in Lique indicated interest in him, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Former MFM FC forward left the shore of the country in 2017 for Swiss club FC Zurich after finishing as second top scorer in the league behind Anthony Okpotu.

Odey joined Genk of Belgium in the summer of 2019 on a 5 year deal but was unable to tie down a regular shirt in the club.

Unknown Paris of France based club has shown interest in the services of the youngster and he may join the club on a year loan deal.
