French League cup: Osimhen lead Lille into quarter final

Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen continues his impressive run of form for French club LOSC Lille with another amazing performance on Tuesday night.

The Nigeria youngster continued to prove vital to the Principality club both in the league and cup games.

He was impressive again on Tuesday as Lille defeated AS Monaco 3-0 and progressed into the quarter final.

it was Osimhen who netted the opening goal in the 19th minute before France international's Loic Remy and Jonathan Ikone added two goals.

Osimhen is expected to lead the attack again when the two club clash on Saturday in the league .
