Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Josh Maja continued to impressive for his club Girondin Bordeaux in the French Ligue One, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Nigeria youngster put up an impressive performance on Sunday as Bordeaux secured a 0-2 away win over host Angers.

In tightly played match, it was Maja who broke the deadlock in the 25th minute before Basic netted the second goal two minute later.

Maja was replaced in the 66th minute by Briand while his compatriot Nigeria winger Samuel Kalu was introduced in the 76th minute for Korea international Hwang.

The former Chalrton Athletic player may likely return to England before the closure of transfer window as premier league clubs continue to trail him.
