After a magnificent 2019/2020 season, 2020/2021 season has turned out to be a not too impressive for the club which led to numerous changing of hands. Former French Manager Raymond Domenech was appointed two month ago but his appointment has failed to yield a fruitful fruit for the as poor run of form continued. The club in the early hours of Thursday announced the appointment of Antoine Koumbouare as the new manager and sacking of Raymond Domenech. " FC Nantes announced the arrival of Antoine Koumbouare as the head coach so that the club can start a new impetus to keep its place in the elite. With this appointment, the club also its decision to separate from Raymond Domenech", club statement reads. Injury affected the performance of Simon under Domenech but hope to get better under the new coach.
