French Lique 1: I Can't Wait To Return To Action - Osimhen

Nigeria's Super Eagles and LOSC Lille striker Victor Osimhen has declared his readiness to return to action immediately.

After corona virus halted football for the past few months, football teams across the globe are gradually planning ways in which teams will return to training and to continue the League season, BSN Reports.

Osimhen revealed his hunger to play again during his discussions with his club media team on saturday.

. “I'm still looking forward to going back to the field.

"You know, hearing the supporters singing, communicating with them and with my teammates .

"I miss it all, explains the Lille striker, a bit nostalgic. This is important to us and I think the rest of my teammates are also eager to come back, like me.

"For the moment, we have to stay at home, confined, in good shape. Of course, I'm ready to replay immediately.

"I can't wait to get back on the field," he stated.

And before finishing this interview, the Nigerian international conveyed a message to the people of Lille, for whom he has a real affection.

“Supporters, I would like to say thank you for your support during the season.

"I saw several messages from you on social networks. It is very motivating for us to have your support.

"Thank you again for everything, and above all, stay safe, follow the advice of doctors.

"Very soon everything will be back to normal. We can find you, share new moments together.

"Take care of yourself because you are very important to us!," he concluded.

Victor Osimhen, 21, joined Lille in the 2019/20 season from Charleroi SC and have scored 18 goals in all competition for the French giants.
