French Lique One: Osimhen Wins Marc Vivian Foe Award

Despite the inactivity in the French Ligue One, Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen continue to make headlines as clinched another award.

The former Sporting Charleroi attacker was elected player of the season by Boulander after putting up a scintillating performance for the club, BSN Reports.

Again, he was awarded the Marc Vivien Foe Award ahead of the Algerian Islam Slimani (Monaco) and the Moroccan Yunis Abdelhamid (Stade de Reims).

He who scored 18 goals in 38 games in all competitions for his very first season in Ligue 1.

With 6 laureates since the trophy was created in 2009, LOSC has established itself as the most often honored French club . Gervinho (2010 and 2011), Vincent Enyeama (2014), Sofiane Boufal (2016), Nicolas Pépé (2019) and now Victor Osimhen (2020).
