By Sampson Adedeji

Despite being down with injury, Turkey Super Lig side Galatasaray has concluded an arrangement to approach French Ligue one side AS Monaco for Nigeria's Super Eagles attacker Henry Onyekuru.

BSN Sports reports that following poor results recorded in the domestic league by the Blood and Gold the team coach Fathi Terim has been under intense pressure and asked to get the team back on track.

Onyekuru netted 14 goals in 31 appearances for Galatasaray last season while on loan from English Premier league side Everton FC and helped the club secure domestic double.

And despite signing Colombia international Radamel Falcao the club continue to struggle for goal scoring.

The club management has concluded an arrangement to move for the former Anderlecht striker in the winter transfer window.

Onyekuru is presently down with an hamstring injury and is expected to be back in 2 weeks time.
