Gallant Lobi Hold Wydad In Casablanca In CAF Champions League

Nigeria representative in the CAF Champions League, Lobi stars on Tuesday held host Wydad Casablanca to a goalless draw in the match day 4 of the competition.

The Pride of Benue lost the first leg 0-1 to the same opponent in the match day 3 and their hope on a tight rope.

The Nigeria champions has their goalkeeper Olufemi Kayode to thanks for series of saves to avoid another defeat.

The draw now put Lobi stars on 4 points level with Asec Mimosa who also played a goalless draw with leader Mamelodi Sundown.

The next game for Lobi now at home against Asec Mimosa and win is required to stay in contention for a place in the knockout round.
