Ghana host Africa in 2023

After successful outing of Rabat, Morocco as the host city for the 2019 edition of the African Games, Accra Ghana has been picked as the next of the games.

BSN reports that over 50 Africa countries converged in Rabat Morocco for the next 12th edition of the games with Egypt emerging champion for the second consecutive time time having won in 2015 in Congo Brazzaville.

Apart from Accra, 2 other Cities, Kumasi and Cape Coast will also host events.

The games in 2023 will also serve as qualifiers for 2024 Olympic games in Paris France.

With the games serving as qualifier the level of competitiveness will certainly increase from the athletes and preparations will also get a facelifts from the federations.

Just as in 2015 in Congo Brazzaville, Team Nigeria finished second in Rabat, Morocco.
