Governor Offers Rivers United Cash Reward To Beat Enyimba In CAF Confederation Cup Clash

As the preparations for the first leg of the play off round of the CAF Confederation Cup between Nigeria football giants, Rivers United and Enyimba international reach crescendo, Governor of Rivers State, Nyisom Wike has offered Rivers United a cash reward if they triumph, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The Pride of Rivers, qualified for the play off round after they eliminated South Africa premier league side Bloemfontein Celtics over the two legs.
People Elephants in its own part dropped to the play off round from the CAF champions league after they lost out to Al Mereikh of Sudan.
The two teams will clash at Enyimba international stadium in Aba on Sunday for the first leg and the governor has promised a whopping N20 million if they can emerge victorious in Aba.
Hosts, Enyimba will rely on its new found form after they secure back to back wins in the league to go top of the table while Rivers will bank on the imperious form of Godwin Aguda and Fortune Omoniwari to clip the wing of Enyimba.
