This was made known through a statement signed by the president of the Union, Mr Harrison Jalla made available to BSN Sports which reads in parts; "the plundering of the NFF treasury continues by the pair of Amaju Pinnick and Shehu Dikko. They are Machiavellians in the art of money laundering, diversion and outright stealing by proxy. Pinnick himself perfected this skill from his days as Chairman of the Delta State Sports Commission.
"The Pair of Pinnick and Dikko do this in conjunction with their trusted aides who are loyal to the extent of volunteering to go to jail if need be for their masters. But the pair became clever by half in all these sophisticated network in shielding and extricating themselves from prosecution. That was why they went on a wild goose chase in trying to compromise all sectors involved in their case, from top government functionaries, to the anti- graft agencies, judicial officers and the complainants themselves.
"Shehu Dikko's owned Mediterranean Sports Ltd and Financial Derivatives owned by Amaju Pinnick's relation, Rewane, the two companies have become the trump card for diverting millions of Naira and Dollars meant for football development in Nigeria.
Jalla explained the reason they are allegedly stocking the funds.
"Financial Derivatives is used to warehouses the funds while the duty of Shehu Dikko's Mediterranean Sports Ltd is to ferry and divert such funds to the destination instructed by Pinnick for sharing. This trend is to have been a permanent feature in NFF whether or not Pinnick's third term ambition is realized or his crowned Prince Shehu Dikko takes over.
"Having be drowned in the figment of their imagination that Pinnick will take over as CAF president from Ahmad Ahmad.
BSN Sports investigation revealed two letters dated same 9th of April 2018 addressed to the Chairman of Financial Derivatives both signed by Sanusi Mohammed, NFF General Secretary at the instance of Amaju Pinnick instructing the payment of 18,330,000 and 10,000,000 to Shehu Dikko's Mediterranean sports Ltd.
