Handball Premier League Sponsor Gives Teams Cash As Palliative

The handball league sponsor, Prudent Energy has distributed cash as palliative to clubs to ameliorate the effect of the stay-at-home brought by covid-19 pandemic, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

As Palliative continue to roll in for Nigerian athletes, players in the Handball Premier League will be smiling to banks to cash their own share as the sponsors dole out cash.

The competition which was expected to resume in March 2020 was postponed due to outbreak of Corona virus and players has remained home since then, BSN Reports.

The League sponsor Prudent Energy on Sunday dole out N5.5m as palliative to be share among the players campaigning in the league.

Just last week athletes in the country enjoyed largess from the sports ministry palliative been distributed.

The date for the resumption of the league is yet to be announced.
