HFN shifts commencement date for Prudent Energy Premier League By Admin The Handball Federation of Nigeria have postponed the first phase of the Prudent Energy Handball Premier League. A statement released by HFN Secretariat reads thus; "In view of the clash in date of the Prudent Energy Handball Premier League and the IHF Challenge trophy at the Intercontinental level to be held in Kosovo from April 10th to 14th, 2019 in which our Cadet and Junior men National teams would be involved, the HFN have decided to reschedule the commencement of the first phase of Prudent Energy Handball Premier League as follows: New dates April 24th - arrival April 25th to 3rd May ( competition proper) May 4th departure.
